华星东方承建的湖北省利川市生活垃圾焚烧发电工程烟气净化项目于2024年11月04日开工建设。 The FGC system of the household waste incineration power generation project in Lichuan, Hubei Province, undertaken by HEPT, has started construction since 4th. Nov 2024.
该项目设计规模日焚烧处理生活垃圾700吨，配置2x350t/d焚烧炉+1x15MW汽轮发电机组。烟气净化采用“ SNCR（尿素）+SDA半干法＋干法(消石灰喷射)＋活性炭喷射＋袋式除尘器+飞灰输送、存储及稳定化”的处理工艺，为我司EPC工程。 This project is designed to treat 700 tons of household waste per day and be equipped with 2x350t/d incinerator and 1x15MW steam turbine generator. TheFGC system adopts the treatment process of "SNCR (urea)+ SDA semi-dry method + dry method (slaked lime injection)+ activated carbon injection + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization", which is an EPC project by HEPT.
