我公司承建的宁夏回族自治区吴忠市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目二期烟气净化工程于2025年08月15日开工建设。 HEPT has broken ground on Phase II FGCS for Wuzhong WtE plant in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region since 15th. Aug 2025.
本次为二期扩建项目，设计生活垃圾处理规模为500t/d，配置1x500t/d焚烧炉+1x10MW抽凝式式汽轮发电机组。烟气净化采用“SNCR+半干法（旋转喷雾反应塔）+干法(喷射氢氧化钙)+活性炭喷射+布袋除尘器+飞灰输送、存储及稳定化”的处理工艺，为我司EPC工程。 This Phase II expansion system features a designed MSW treatment capacity of 500 TPD, configured with one 500t/d incineration line and one 10MW extraction-condensing steam turbine generator unit. The FGCS employs a multi-stage process comprising SNCR, semi-dry scrubbing (rotary atomizer spray dryer), dry scrubbing (hydrated lime injection), activated carbon injection, baghouse filtration and fly ash conveying, storage & stabilization. This system is executed by HEPT on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis.
