我公司承建的广东省韶关市翁源生活垃圾焚烧发电项目烟气净化工程于2025年04月15日通过72+24小时试运行。 The FGC System for Wengyuan Household WtE Plant in Shaoguan, Canton, undertaken by HEPT, has successfully passed the 72+24 hour trial operation since 15th. April, 2025.
该项目设计生活垃圾总处理规模为800t/d，分两期建设。一期建设处理规模为400t/d，配置1x400t/d焚烧炉+1x10MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组及其配套辅助设施；协同处置餐厨/厨余垃圾50t/d、市政污泥20t/d、大件垃圾30t/d。烟气处理采用“SNCR炉内脱硝+半干法脱酸+干粉喷射系统+活性炭喷射吸附+袋式除尘器+飞灰输送、存储及稳定化工艺”的烟气净化工艺，为我司设备供货工程。 The total household waste treatment capacity of this project is 800 t/d and the construction will be implemented in two phases. The first phase of construction and treatment capacity is 400t/d, equipped with 1x400t/d incinerator + 1x10MW condensing turbine generator set incorporated auxiliary facilities capable of codisposals of 50t/d of kitchen waste, 20t/d of municipal sludge and 30t/d of oversized garbage. Flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas cleaning process of "SNCR denitrification in the furnace + semi-dry deacidification + dry powder spray system + activated carbon spray adsorption + bag dust collector + fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization process", all of which will be achieved by our company’s equipments.
