HEPT has started construction on FGC system upgrading for Cixi Ningbo MSW incineration power plant since 25th. Dec 2025.

The Phase I, II and III projects of this facility include four grate-fired incineration lines with a treatment capacity of 750 t/d each, together with their corresponding FGC Systems (Furnaces #5 to #8). The original FGC system for Furnaces #5–7 adopt the following process: SNCR denitrification inside the furnace (ammonia water) + semi-dry deacidification + activated carbon injection + dry sorbent injection + baghouse filtration + SCR. This upgrading and retrofitting scope for FGC systems of Furnaces #5–7 covers the addition and integration of: GGH + wet deacidification. This whole project will have been delivered by HEPT on an EPC basis.
