2012 WtE Project from Jindal in Delhi, India: Leveraging profound technical expertise and exceptional manufacturing capabilities, the HEPT team made in-depth contributions to the supplyof India's first milestone FGC core equipments of municipal solid waste incineration power generation project. HEPT has adopted CFB dry FGC system solution and manufactured core equipment, achieving efficient pollutant removal and stable operation while successfully ensuring the project's flue gas emissions met regulatory standards. This project not only has earned high recognition and an excellent reputation in the Indian market but also served as the formal starting point for the company's overseas project expansion, laying a solid foundation for subsequent in-depth cultivation in the international environmental protection and energy sector.
2016 1×40MW Varaka Paper Mill & Coal Co-firing Industrial Solid Waste Power Plant, Turkey: as HEPT's first industrial solid waste co-firing power plant in overseas markets, this project not only achieved efficient power generation but also effectively controlled pollutant emissions through advanced environmental protection technologies, laying a solid foundation for HEPT's expansion in the Middle East market.
2017 Phase I MSW Incineration Power Generation Plant in Hyderabad, India: following the Jindal’s project where HEPT supplied core equipment, this project marked HEPT's first complete FGC system supply as well as performance guarantee for WtE incineration in South Asia. By introducing HEPT's advanced FGC system technology and core environmental protection equipment of rotary spray drying, the project achieved waste "reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization," providing stable and reliable green electricity for the city of Hyderabad and significantly improving local environmental quality.
2019 FGC system for Industrial Waste Incineration Power Plant of SCG Group, Thailand: In collaboration with Thailand's renowned SCG Group, HEPT has provided an efficient FGC solution for its solid waste incineration power plant, effectively reducing pollutant emissions of nitride and enhancing the project's environmental performance, earning widespread recognition from the Thai government and industry.
2020 MSW WtE plant in Dundigal, Telangana State, Southern India: as another major achievement in the Indian market, this project provided a clean and efficient energy solution for Dundigal through advanced waste incineration technologies of flue gas cleaning, further consolidating HEPT's leading position in incineration sector of of core environmental protection equipment and technologies for WtEin India.
2022 Phase II MSW Incineration Power Generation Plant in Hyderabad, India: building upon the successful operation and construction experience of the system in Phase I, this whole system accelerated the Phase II construction, continuing to introduce HEPT's comprehensive FGC system and core environmental protection equipment, completed on schedule. The completion of this project further expanded Hyderabad's MSW treatment capacity, significantly improved power generation efficiency, and provided a more comprehensive and efficient integrated solution for solid waste management and energy supply for Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
2024 FGC system for IKS Boiler Island of 1×50t/h Industrial Solid Waste, Indonesia: the successful implementation of these projects in Indonesia marked the beginning of HEPT's in-depth strategic deployment in the Southeast Asian market. By providing core equipment for the FGC system, process calculations and performance guarantees for key indicators, the projects effectively enhanced local industrial energy utilization efficiency and promoted Indonesia's industrial green transformation.

2023 FGC system of 2×120t/d MSW Incineration Power Plant in West Nagasaki, Japan: this whole system innovatively introduced and applied high-performance catalyst technologies, significantly optimizing the removal efficiency of nitrogen oxides, dioxins, and other harmful substances in flue gas, further enhancing overall FGC technical levels.
Multiple Core Equipment Supplies for GEA Bischoff Engineering Projects Since 2020: Through years of technical exchange and cooperation with GEA Bischoff, HEPT has prepared for supplier qualification since 2020 and gradually became a certified supplier for GEA Bischoff. The two parties have engaged in deep cooperation, implementing multiple environmental protection projects in, Indonesia, Norway, and Spain (under construction), covering FGC system, energy saving and emission reduction and other fields, further enhancing HEPT's international influence and technical capabilities.
To be qualified for EU product system with EU-standard certifications, HEPT has made substantial investments since 2019, successively acquiring land in Langxi, Wuxi, and other locations to construct new standard factory buildings according to EU and Japanese manufacturing quality standards. HEPT has also built comprehensive systems compliant with EU export standards, including photovoltaic power generation with certified low carbon iniciative on rooftop of factory building, welder team qualification assessment, various qualified EU certifications for quality standard &manufacturing standard, steadily establishing a strategic bridgehead through the references with GEA's in the EU.

FGC System of Phase I & II Renewable Energy Power Plants in Selangor, Malaysia: as a key project in Southeast Asia where HEPT participates in construction and technology export, and also Malaysia's first modern WtE plant, the Selangor Renewable Energy Power Plant adopts advanced WtE power generation technologies, dedicated to converting waste into clean energy, contributing to Malaysia's energy structure transformation and environmental protection.
FGC system for Green Energy Co., Ltd. in Palembang, Indonesia: addressing the environmental protection needs of the Palembang region, this is the country's first modern grate furnace for waste incineration project. HEPT has supplied air-cooled grate equipment from Vølund Denmark, designed and supplied an efficient FGC system, aiming to effectively reduce the environmental impact of industrial emissions through advanced technical solutions and promote local green development.
Boiler Island for TK ×50t/h Industrial Solid Waste WtE plant in Indonesia: This project represents another important strategic deployment for HEPT in Indonesian market. Advanced FGC System of Waste Incineration Power Generation Plant in Thai Binh, Vietnam, Grate manufacturing & FGC System of 8MW WtE Plant in Chainat, Thailand, FGC System of 8MW WtE Plant in Ratchaburi Thailand, Grate manufacturing of 8MW WtE Plant in Sa Kaeo Thailand, FGC system of 6MW WtE Plant in Chumphon Thailand: All these projects are currently in the design stage, adopting modular design concepts to achieve standardized "build-operate" output, providing efficient and environmentally friendly WtE solutions for Vietnam, Thailand and those regions.
Recently, HEPT has successfully won the bid for FGC System of the WtE plant in Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan. This milestone breakthrough not only marks HEPT's formal entry into environmental protection in Central Asian but also represents another high-altitude application following projects in Xishan and Wuhua Kunming—using plateau-condition-adapted advanced technologies as a solid fulcrum, laying a more demonstrative strategic foundation for subsequent deep cultivation of the Central Asian market and building a new pattern of green energy cooperation.
